Starting a PMO can feel like being handed a blank canvas and a deadline. This masterclass gives you the blueprint. We walk you through every stage of standing up a PMO, from making the case and securing sponsorship, to designing your operating model, building your team, and landing your first wins. One of the hardest things a PMO does is help an organisation decide what to do and what not to do.
